Where do we come from? Where are we going? Why do we Gather?
Points to ponder:
Perhaps it’s time to take a long, measured view through the looking glass? Do you like what you see? What changes would you like to make? This is your opportunity to mash the RESET button and ‘course correct’ – if you desire.
As we continue to move through the pandemic, how are you adjusting to the ‘new normal’? As GBTQ+ men, there are all KINDS of options. Who do YOU want to be TODAY? Options are beautiful. Just reach out, s-t-r-e-t-c-h out if you need to, and grab that golden ring!

Anything’s possible.
You are invited to dive deep, especially in Heart Circle. Let go of your fear. Open your heart. Take a chance. Free your mind. You may not be the only one who feels the way you do.
We’ll have talks about the thoughts/attitudes/emotions/issues that led to the creation of The Billys in the first place. Has the message changed? What does being a Billy mean to you? Additionally, we’ll have talks about where the organization is going.
Welcome in. Have a seat. Share your thoughts. Resonate. Come together to create an intriguing community.
Billy Gatherings are designed to be a safe space where we can drop the armor so many of us carry in order to survive The Default World. A place where we can let our dreams loose at night. A place where we can push out the walls of our comfort zones, play, take risks, re-imagine the very essence of who we are.
Some Billys feel the message has become muddled over the years. That Gatherings have become a ‘hunting ground’ where the primary objective is to ‘hook up’ and moisten the tenders. For some guys, that’s true, and that’s fine, but this is not the focus of The Billys.
We Gather to touch hearts, make music, share ideas, play, collaborate, nap, dress up (or down), embrace and enjoy the delicious company of one another. To BREATHE again. You are encouraged to check out The Billys Homepage and read what others have had to say about their experience of The Group over the years.
Billys come from all over creation. All colors, ages, shapes, sizes, and economic backgrounds. We CELEBRATE our DIVERSITY. EVERYONE is welcome! Seasoned Billys are called upon to help the Newbies find their way, to bring them into The Circle.
At two years+ into the pandemic, many of us are ACHING for physical contact. HUGS are warm, comforting, reassuring and completely returnable.
We are a brotherhood of GBTQ+ men, gathered together for mutual benefit. Some Billys have/had issues with Trans Men at Gatherings in the past. If you fall into this category, you are welcome to bring your curiosity, but personal attacks are NOT okay and will NOT be tolerated. To be crystal clear: Trans Men are men. And wildly amazing men, too.
The Billys is an alcohol and recreational drug-free fellowship. Please leave those items at home. Men in an unaltered state are GORGEOUS. There will be an ‘Any A’ 12-step meeting at lunchtime in the Heart Lodge garden each day supporting our members in recovery.
The Summer Gathering is HOT!!! Most importantly, come prepared CHILL OUT and have FUN!! The Billys is powered by volunteer energy. What will you contribute to make this Gathering a roaring success? Lead a workshop? Share in a discussion? The thrust is to probe your heart for the absolute limit of what you believe is possible.
We need YOU! Volunteers are needed to cover the positions of sub-coordinators and workshop presenters. What would YOU like to experience at the Gathering?
